Introduction to my Associate Portfolio
The panel displayed here was a successful submission in the Visual Art Category back in 1989.
Technical Details:
All images originated from Ilford FP4/HP4 100/400, Kodak infra red and Kodak Technical Pan 35 mm film taken with a Pentax Spotmatic 500 and several Pentax prime lenses from 20mm to 135mm. The film was developed in ID11 and printed in the darkroom {the bathroom} onto Agfa Record Rapid paper. The prints were then retouched to remove any dust marks with Spotone and steamed over a kettle. The final secret finish was the use of black boot polish to improve the glaze. This did not affect the longevity of the prints as they are still in good shape nearly 30 years later.
